plan

service.
We
search
through
thousands
of
plans
to
find
you

least
3
plans
that
fit
your
home
criteria.
If
we
cannot
find
you
a
plan
that
meets
your
needs
we
will
have
a
design
custom
drawn
at
no
charge.
Once
the
plan
is
found
we
provide
a
free
bid
estimate.
3.
Arrange
for
Financing
You
may
use
any
bank
you
prefer,
however
not
all
banks
understand
the
complexities
of
new
home
construction.
We
are
an
approved
builder
at

area
banks
–

Each

selected
for
their
understanding
of
new
home
construction
and
customer
service
they
provide
our
clients.

Make
Your
Selections
You'll
be
happy
to
choose
from
among
the
hundreds
of
custom
options
we
provide
at
our
office
and
approved
new
home
retailers.
In
addition,
we
provide
expert
design
staff
to
assist
you
in
selecting
your
home
finishing
options.
5.
Begin
Construction
You'll
discover
the
Pinnacle
Custom
Homes
difference
by
working
with
your
own
PCH
Personal
Builder.
A
minimum
of
4
walk
through
meetings
are
scheduled
during
construction
between
you
and
your
Personal
Builder.
In
addition,
we
provide
a
weekly
progress
update
of
your
home
and
scheduled
activities
for
the
following
week.
6.
Move-In
and
Warranties
Your
PCH
Personal
Builder
doesn't
stop
with
the
construction.
You'll
be
treated
to
a
warranty
orientation,
which
tells
you
all
about
Pinnacle
Custom
